* Led a 30-person global team through a $5M business process reengineering program, culminating in the delivery of a Supply Chain Web portal, netting millions of dollars in annual cost savings.

* Responsible for a 20-person team that built inbound and outbound computer-telephony, knowledge management, and customer relationship management systems for a new call center, resulting in millions of dollars in productivity gains.

I have won numerous awards, and received my 15 minutes of fame with an April 10, 2000 Information Week article entitled 'No Time for Quality Trade-Offs: Strong Project Management Is Essential Before Tackling Large Development Tasks.'
